Ally Sheehy, MSW

Ally received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Champaign and her Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She has several years of experience working with children ages 4-12 in a mental health setting while finishing school. In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the city, traveling to new places, and exercising.   

Natalie Shamie, LCSW, MSW
3rd-5th grade

Natalie is very excited to be a part of Rhodes School.   She has worked in school settings for 20 years as a school social worker and student support specialist.  She has experience with students from EC through 8th grade, with a focus on students with IEPs and specialized needs. Natalie received her Master's degree in School Social Work from UIC and her bachelor's in social work from Northeastern Illinois University. Being outside is her favorite, often going to the beach, fishing, kayaking or family bike rides. She also enjoys going for walks with her family or taking  yoga classes.  She spends time organizing youth events within her town. 

Bryanna McCarthy, MSW
6th-8th grade

Bryanna received both her Master’s degree in Social Work and Bachelor’s in Social work from Northeastern Illinois University. She has spent a number of years working with children in schools, children ranging from EC-8th grade. She has many years of experience working with children with disabilities. Some of her favorite things to do include, having fun/being silly with others, going to new places, and having new experiences. She loves spending time with others and her 2 dogs.
